Our quality experts run our products through strict and rigorous quality standards before the products are delivered to our valuable customers. These tests are carried out methodically and periodically on every batch of glass produced in our facility. We maintain strict records to ensure only the highest quality products are dispatched from our factory.
Quality assurance (QA) and testing of glass are essential to ensure that these systems perform as intended and meet all safety requirements. This includes testing for structural integrity, air and water infiltration, thermal performance, wind load testing, and acoustic insulation. QA and testing are achieved through a combination of lab testing, computer modeling, and field monitoring.
